I have lived here for going on three years now and I have not one complaint. Any time I have needed anything I’ve always ... gotten the help quickly, with kindness, and all of the staff are such good people who genuinely care. They have redone so many of the apartments inside, painted all of the buildings outside, re modeled the whole leasing office including the gym, added a theatre room, have two very nice pools, grills all around, and a park for kids and dogs. They always do fun things too like pizza parties, celebrations for holidays, fun contests with very nice prizes. They all make living here feel safe, comfortable, and enjoyable. A special EXTRA special 10 star shout out to the assistant leasing manager Christy W. I have emailed her at least 100 times with all sorts of questions and she always replies immediately and helps me with everything I need. She goes ABOVE AND BEYOND and will do anything for the people that live here. I’ve never once not seen a smile on her face and she works very hard. She is definitely one of the reasons why I keep renewing my lease here. Lastly, not once have I heard of any issues with theft, fighting, noise, or any kind of thing to make me feel unsafe. I highly recommend moving here if you’re looking for an apartment. The prices are VERY good and reasonable and well worth everything that comes with living here. Also you get your own washer and dryer! Best apartments I’ve EVER lived in and I’ve lived in a lot of places. So many restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and little shopping centers within walking distance as well as several bus routes. She goes beyond above and ... beyond with everything she does, she helps you with all of your issues and she does it within minutes. She is so kind, always has a smile on her face that lights up a room, and she truly cares about us and this job. She deserves so much more than words of credit. I’ve been here over 2 years and she is one of the main reasons I have kept staying here. She is the beat staff member I’ve ever met at apartments living. We have been here for a year and half so far and we could not be happier. This was the only apartment that had all our needs ... and wants. Shaded playground for my daughter, grassy dog park for our dog, card access gym, spacious balcony, decent washer and dryer sizes in the unit, close to stores and schools. We like to open windows and doors when it’s cooler out and noise is not a problem. It’s quiet actually. Staff is easy to get a hold of and very friendly. Maintenance crew has changed, before I had to call as a reminder, but they came same day when I did call. Also new maintenance staff is really stepping up. Trying to keep up with requests. So far they are doing well! Only con is parking. Only one space is assigned, but that was everywhere I looked at as well. So we are very happy here. I have lived at Verona Park for 4 years. It was horrible, the staff was horrible and the apartment I received was dirty and ... disgusting. When Bridgecrest took over, everything changed. They made the grounds a nice, safe beautiful place to live. There were some issues in the apartment I rented,, and the maintenance orders were always fixed efficiently and correctly. I have since moved to a larger unit, and they did everything they could to get us the best apartment for our growing needs. Christy, in the office always goes the extra mile for the tenants.
